Note on from Dr. Goldberg:

In regards to “clinic” structure,” as I have been hoping for, there may be a

major chance emerging to link together new diagnostic techniques and

protocols (finally) along with diagnostics and therapy in a very

“controlled” manor. Please understand, that while the goal IS to have

centers around the country / world for all of you, without the right

diagnostic tools and protocols, I do not want any of you misled regarding

validations of someone saying they are doing . Certainly I welcome any

physician or nurse practioneer to join in and follow this direction (that is

the ultimate goal, short of first goal access to new meds for trial) but do

not want “advertisement” to be posted in any way to mislead you or others

out there that this is certified or following THE protocol (there are

and will be RESTRICTIONS that unfortunately I know have not been followed).

(Note: In recent conversation with “Dr. Bruce,” who IS an M.D., he

immediately knew this must be done right, not like other scattered or

uncontrolled approaches out there IF there is any chance of success).

Ideally there should be NO “brewing controversy” (at this point real one) –

originally I believed there was ONLY ONE goal and that was YOUR children.

I have been learning the hard way; the “world” is not what we maybe all

believed years ago. However, as day to day I know how many of you, your

children, and so many others are suffering, I can honestly say ONLY one goal

has been pursued by me (and thankfully some of you out there) and that is

how too make this change for your children BEFORE another decade goes by.

(Yes some “critics” can say “same old, same old” but they do not yet

understand to this day, to this moment, that things will not change until

they do occur this way. . ten years ago, now or another decade from now.).

Another critique I hear remains “my way or the high way” - when anyone

saying that has the knowledge or know how to change an “unchangeable” system

BE MY GUEST, (in fact why haven’t they succeeded in the last 20 years).

Meantime, I will keep pursuing everything I can for all of you with a thank

you to many individuals, and a sad frustration at the ongoing lack of a

correctly focused national effort or campaign of awareness as remains so

obvious.

In spite of frustrations (and ongoing disbelief that the “system” itself has

not changed by now), this may be a time for optimism. Certainly, with the

ability to say every peer-review, published article in the last 10 years

supports (or does not contradict) “neuro-immune,” maybe its time we all made

this happen, rapidly, but carefully, and correctly (or the “system” will not

listen for another 10 years - again, very sorry that after nearly 20 years

of this for adults and children, so many “critics” do not seem to get it

yet!!!!). Support is developing (finally) for efforts that could really

make this happen.

For those that want to move forward positively, I hope you will now step up

to the plate and lets create the focus and direction so greatly still needed

out there. For those who have other ideas, please feel free to pursue any

endeavors you wish, but do not mislead others that ANY individual or groups

represents me or what will be part of the formal protocol and effort.

The list (unlike many others out there) will remain open to opinions

pro and con, but again, I hope all of you will get together and focus on how

to move forward constructively, and perhaps help others realize their

misdirection and ongoing inappropriate focus. While the facts continue to

point toward , “opinions” and real “snake oil salesman” still point in

many other directions or claim they are looking at “immune” with NO real

knowledge of the complexities of (that’s why your children are still

suffering after how many millions, how many years of effort spent by

“others”).

Note: It is with great pleasure I announce I will be giving an “updated”

talk and presentation in September in Mississippi. I believe a tape or DVD

will be available. Meantime, I will ask Mark Share if he would make

available thru .net the 3 hr. talk from 4 years ago, and / or provide it

to me so that I can make it available thru the office. It still remains I

believe, a very thorough overview and introduction to all of this, and while

thankfully ongoing research and data support the principles presented, the

basic facts and concepts presented remains critical (and unknown) to many of

you out there.

Additional Note: While I and some parents remain frustrated at what I can’t

do sometimes (not for lack of theory, only for lack of additional agents or

choices), as I spent the other day “teasing” at least half the patients how

their kids were great (reg. class, honor classes) but they were not

“perfect” (and I wanted perfection), I doubt most physicians or therapist

out there could expect that. While, on a very serous basis, I was still

concerned because many still have viral or immune concerns in the

background; I continue to see NO reason to pursue other directions, unless

“new” agents are made accessible, there will be no “repackaging” of old

concepts, old ideas that would make any real difference. Whether “others”

come to appreciate that now or another 10 years from now, facts, clinical

logic and ultimately science will not change.
