Hi Alan,

I've attached a list of my current meds, vitimins & supplements from a

holisitic dotor I see to help with buling my immune system they are at the

bottom. Let me know what you think.

If your comfortable with this question, your current status suggests,, that your

taking too much of one and not another, are you adding asprin without the doc

knowing? I'd like to see a list of your meds.. only if your comfotable with

Sinus Problems & more!

Hi All,

I have had the WORST sinus problems for about 2 months now. It felt like a cold

so my RA did a CT Scan to make sure there was no infection & there isn't but it

just keeps going on & on. I don't have cold symptoms anymore but my nose is

runny all the time, bleeds has sores in it gets clogged I can't breathe ---it

plain sucks, (don't mean to gross anyone out!)does anyone else have chronic

sinus problems?

I've been feeling pretty down & out lately as well. It seems as though my meds

just keep me from going overboard. My RA feels I've reached a plateau & isn't

sure what the plan is. I seem to have pain all the time & just feel crappy, it's

wearing on me. Sometimes I wish the doctors could be in our place for just a few

days maybe then they'd be a little quicker to find ways to help us. I try to be

positive but some days & weeks it's hard to do when the dragon is breathing down

my neck with every step I take. I don't sleep well most nights & then can't get

up in the morning until 11:00 or later & I'm still exhausted. Even if I do have

a night that I sleep good I can still sleep all morning & take a nap in the

afternoon. Anyway I don't mean to complain it's just hard to feel like crap 24/7

& you all are the only ones who really understand!

It seems as though the dragon is working his " mojo " on a lot of us these days so

my wish is for everyone to have a pain free day & life. We certainly deserve

it!!
