Guest guest
<<<Oh Kim, all I can say is I'm so sorry that happened to you! You are lucky you survived and are as healthy as you are now. I think I'm really glad I homeschool! Btw, I remember when my oldest daughter was in 2nd grade...she wanted to wear the same two sets of clothes all the time. Her teacher asked me if that was all she had (rather rude, but I don't think she meant it that way)...no, just her favorites! Ilene>>>>> Ilene, you are very lucky you home school, though I must admit that the college like tuition we are paying at the moment for my son is really paying off. He is now at a very private school, a school that he absolutely loves and where the class size is way smaller than where he was before (only 12 children per class/4-5th grade classes). My daughter is now begging to go to this school, she is 7 and it probably would be wonderful for her....They wear a uniform, they have to dress in Khaki's and a dress shirt (boys) girls are to wear very much the same/though they may not show off ANY knee, nor are they allowed to wear tight anything =) I like that! Oh and BTW: my daughter will only wear the same sets of clothes to school every day! Funny, must be their way ? I figure they are her most comfortable + she is funny about anything tight around her tummy, NO leggings, nothing that is not " IN " ....Something else that I dislike about her school is that everyone is in a huge compitition for wearing the most expensive and adorable outfits~ AHHHHH, oh well goes by so fast. I give you loads of credit for home schooling. ~Kim
