Guest guest
Courage, I just hate to confuse you but as far as I am aware I don't have a 'condition' that starts with the letter D!!!( LOL!) I could think of a few choice words that might be suitable to describe me ...... Desperate, Demanding, Dim, Desirable(?!), Daft!!!! Can you think of the context of the old post? My dad had Paget's Disease before LBD was diagnosed. I do have familial hypocholesterolaemia - which means I make too much cholesterol and so have to take Atorvistatin every day. Apart from the usual insanity brought on by caring for someone with LBD I remain relatively healthy. Sorry my friend! I was born and brought up in Derbyshire .... does that help???? What fun! Guest guest
Sally: You said in your post that you wish you could offer more practical help but the help I get here is beyond tangible. You are all my lifelines and I know I'd be lost without your collective support. I have to believe things are going to get better. The optimist in me knows that tides always turn no matter how fierce they seem. I also know that we did absolutely the right thing by placing my father in long term care. It was very tough butg it was the best decision for all of us in the long run. Thanks for your support, Abby
