I don't know any Spanish but the panfocal in the second question

probably means that it is present or heard in all foci, i.e. all over

the heart. It is not a term one would normally use.

4. enconcor could probably be EMconcor que es un betabloqueante selecetivo

(Bisoprolol) which would fit the context, no?

found it in google typing in two other drug names and than searching the

most promising document for different variations and " ncor " resulted in that

one /the search function in the Internet Explorer is great because you can

search for parts of words (I have had to search for potential typo terms

that resulted in no references A LOT recently, so I had to try that one)
