Neurologist in Mexico - Anyone heard of this group or Dr?

DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS DOCTOR OR FACILITY? Here's what I have

heard so far and would like to see if anyone can validate this

information....I'm skeptical, but would like to be hopeful....but

you know how that goes. So here's the story:

A fried of mine told me about 2 other families that have used this

group/doctor in Mexico for the treatment of autism and other

neurological conditions. This doctor (Dr. Aguilar

Cobos) has done a lot of research on celular development and

neuroplasticity, and has a treatment for several cases, autism

included. This doctor/facility also has a US contact for those
