Thanks for your help. I have checked tonnes of sites and other resources.

Obviously, there is no equivalent term in English. However, I have found it as:

elevation of the depressed fracture. There are many references to this kind of

operation, altough it does not have a " proper name " . But this corresponds

exactly to the definition of " esquirlectomia " I found: " elevacion de

fragmentos de fracturas de craneo " .

Could anyone tell me the word for " Esquirlectomia " in English? I would very

much appreciate it! So far, I could only found out that it's " elevacion de

fragmentos de fracturas de craneo " , so it is not " craniectomy " or

" craniotomy " . Any ideas?
