Right now they are taking advantage of the fact that our main overland supply route through Pakistan was cut by the floods. The supplies are having to go around a much longer route. Pakistan is also having a lot of internal trouble over these floods and the response to them. Pakistan might not fall because of this, it probably won't, but we can expect more hits for a while.
