Obamacare horribly complex.

This system is going to be a nightmare. It is so complex they might never actually be able to set it all up. However, to get around that Sebelus, the Health and Human Services czar, can dictate the rules as she pleases and the rulings can't be contested by the legislature OR the courts. How's that for stomping on the Constitution?
