Call BTTC at Texana: . Their goal is to help children return

to their own communities with an improved quality of life. BTTC is not for

families who have given up, but for families who want to maintain having

their kids in their homes and avoid placement in long term residential

facilities.

Subject: what do I do??

My daughter's behavior has been completely out of control!! I can no longer

care for her...I know I sound terrible but she needs help and I need HELP!!

I live in Austin and there is absolutely no place out there to help us. I

have decided that I absolutely want her in a residential facility. I've

called MHMR, Texas health dept. , the Austin state school...and nobody knows

what to do or who to call. How do I surrender a child I can no longer

physically and emotionally care for?

I am not sure how old your daughter is, but have you contacted Advocacy,

Inc. in Austin? There are funds available to children like yours (assuming

this is a child) and you must get them on these lists in order to hope for

the funds anytime soon. These funds help pay for services and life expenses

for individuals who will need them.

I encourage you to contact them, they are wonderful people and they've been

around forever.

Main Office: Advocacy, Inc.

Faithfull, Executive Director

7800 Shoal Creek Boulevard, Suite 171-E

Austin, Texas 78757-1024

Intake: (Voice/TDD)

Also please let me encourage you in prayer. I will pray for you and your

child and this whole situation but if you would like to pray together and

talk please feel free to contact me direclty. He has never turned His back

on you, that is just what the enemy wants you to believe, so don't listen to

that garbage. Sometimes the enemy has a louder voice with us, but somehow

the Lord invades us in a merciful way to get us back on track, consider this

your invasion.

With love and blessings,
