Guest guest
If you can use nutritional yeast in the diet (which I am still awaiting an answer on if you can or not) there is a wonderful book called the UnCheese Cookbook and it has a recipe for pizza in it. And for lots of other things 9like fondues) that normally use cheese. Even for sandwiches. Again, just to clarify, I do not know if you can use nutritional yeast on not on the protocol. I am still waiting for someone on the group to answer that question. a On 12/19/03 3:46 PM, " juliemoffett " <juliemoffett@...> wrote: > Thanks, Tina and to all who have responded. Guest guest
I posted the question to Dr. Goldberg once on his website but he somehow overlooked it when he was answering questions... I haven't checked back lately to see if he ever did answer it. Guest guest
Brewers yeast is very different from nutritional yeast. Our daughter had a VERY violent reaction to brewer's yeast too - but has done very well with nutritional yeast. But then again she does fine with sugar too - but sugar is feeding the yeast in her body, so I don't want to give her sugar. So even though she does fine with nutritional yeast, I would want to make sure that it is not something that will continue to weaken her immune system. Thank you for responding though, a On 12/22/03 8:11 AM, " " <thecolemans4@...> wrote: > Just my experience - when I was a kid (and I was > w/a food screen moderate to high across the board, so > very reactive) my mom started using Brewer's yeast > with us.
