(OT)/Taebo Instructional

I watched the instructional today and I did a new move, i was SO excited!! It's

a stretch where all the weight is on one foot and the other is extended to the

side. I wish I knew what it was called. Anyway has Jasmine show how she

can switch sides without her hands, then , then the group. I laughed when

they did this before. I CAN DO IT!!!

That's great! Good for you!

I think I know the move you're talking about (similar to " point and

flex the foot, " right?). It took me a while before I could keep my

foot flat on the floor.

Way to go! That's a tough balance move and it's always an

accomplishment when you can do it without having your hands on the

floor :)
