Guest guest
I watched the instructional today and I did a new move, i was SO excited!! It's a stretch where all the weight is on one foot and the other is extended to the side. I wish I knew what it was called. Anyway has Jasmine show how she can switch sides without her hands, then , then the group. I laughed when they did this before. I CAN DO IT!!! Guest guest
Amy, That's great! Good for you! I think I know the move you're talking about (similar to " point and flex the foot, " right?). It took me a while before I could keep my foot flat on the floor. Ann Marie > I watched the instructional today and I did a new move, i was SO excited!! I CAN DO IT!!! Amy M, Way to go! That's a tough balance move and it's always an accomplishment when you can do it without having your hands on the floor
