Amy,

I didn't lose a single pound in my first 5 months of Tae-Bo. What

kept me going was how good I was feeling inside. I guess you could

say I was " excercising by faith. "

Ann Marie - who hasn't gotten on the scale since October at the dr's

office

That's a total of 9 1/4 inches so far. I am so pleased!! What kills

me is - NO wight loss, not a THING!! Oh well :-)

Amy congratulations to you and your son. Those are incredible

results. I think it is normal to feel your hips burn some during the

squat kicks. Keep up the good work!

I have to add to this. I have never owned a scale! The only time I

get on a scale is at the dr's office when they force me too! If I

had to to some measuring, I used a tape measure on my weight, and

sometimes that took a few months to see anything major. Each person

is different! How it makes me feel is why I still do Tae Bo.

<< didn't lose a single pound in my first 5 months of Tae-Bo>>

I am tempted to just stop looking at the scale. I don't own one but I go by my

Mom's scale. What gets me is I have been working HARD with TaeBo for 4-5 weeks

now I think and if I was a typical American and only looked at the scale I might

have given up. I feel great since starting TaeBo (well, when I am not sore!

LOL!!) so I wouldn't stop even if my body stayed the same. I walk different - I

feel proud, confident and POWERFULL!!

Amy M. <- who hip has caused her to have a day off :-(

Amy M,

Congratulations on the inches lost! That's awesome :) Don't worry

about the weight...it will come off!

That's so great that your 4 year old loves Tae-Bo! This morning my 2

year old daughter Skylar saw me getting into my workout clothes to go

to the gym. She looked at me and said " Ty Dor do Tae-Bo " ...she calls

herself Ty-Dor instead of Skylar...LOL! It was so cute! I love it

when she comes in there and does it with me :)

Amy M,

Those things you just mentioned are the best changes you could ever

have...WAY more important than losing a couple of pounds! When you

start to get discouraged by the fact that your physical progress

isn't happening as quickly as you would like....remember these

changes! Your body will soon start changing, you've just got to hang

in there and never, ever quit :)

Amy M,

Congrats on the inches :o)!!!!!!!

Congrats to your 4 y.o. on completing a basic live

tape. I have TB Jr. and it's a really good tape. It

would be a good tape for him. It has front kicks,

round house kicks, some floor, and jabs. That's all I

can remember off the top of my head, I'm too lazy to

get up and look to see what's all on it.

Sandie, Tae and Bo :o)!!!!!!!
