Guest guest
I don't agree with that. I just think that alcohol related crimes should be punished more harshly. By that I mean starting a fight while drunk should be assault at least instead of disorderly conduct, driving while drunk after a first offense should be attempted manslaughter and actually harming someone attempt murder and killing someone first degree murder. Smoking should also be a personal issue, but there should not have been a big tobacco lawsuit and the various governments shouldn't foot the bill for anyone who get cancer or another tobacco related disease. Insurance could, and does, charge more to smokers. If they want to smoke, they should know the effects will be on them. At the same time, stores and such should have the right to declare smoking or non-smoking areas or total premises. I can also understand apartments banning smoking because it goes through walls and vents and invades a neighbor's space just like noise. In a message dated 9/3/2010 11:56:13 A.M.
