Guest guest
Just a few things... I do hope you all have a safe trip as well, and enjoy your workouts. I am so jealous, but cannot wait to see the pictures!! How exciting!! Happy Birthday to and !!! Hope your big day was a good one!! Amy M, I did not have any C-sections, but I had 3 big babies, and my stomach muscles are so stretched out, it will be along time before I see a flat stomach. Hang in there, it will go down!!! You are doing so great!! As far as my workout, my 10 day challenge ended after 3 days!! My life is too busy to make those committments, but I did workout today and felt so good doing it. I actually did a double workout, BL7 which I absolutely love and had so much fun with, and BL11, which hurt, because I was already tired. I am just proud to have the ability to get through both. I asm figuring out that I need to workout in the early morning, so I am going to try it Sat. and Sun. and see how I feel for the rest of the day!! It has been so hard to find the right schedule that can include, my kids, school, working out, and all the other stuff I need to do. I never know what to expect in a day!! But, I do know that if I could get up in the AM, I would workout more consistently. I hope everyone has a safe and exciting weekend~~ Temera who daughter went tae bo crazy today, she did BL8, 3, half of 2, and part of BL7 with me!! hubby said she was doing it with the babysitter and the 2 babies!! My youngest has the front punches down and stepping side to side. Ohhh they are so darn cute!!!

That is a great workout! Those balance moves at the end of BL11 are very challenging. Good luck on the early morning workouts! Elena

Temera, Congratulations on your improved stamina to be able to do back to back workouts! That's a great accomplishment! Finding a routine that works for you is tough, but you'll find it eventually! Maybe you could set a goal of working out 3-5 times a week or something instead of 10 in a row! Setting a goal of working out every day is hard cause sometimes things come up and we just can't fit it in Good luck trying to figure out when/how to workout with everything else going on in your life Continue to keep us informed of your progress! shannon
Guest guest
Thanks for the responses. My main goal is toworkout 5-6 days a week, so I am letting go of the challenges and focus on that!!! Temera

Temera, It sounds to me like you are meeting your challenge...it may not be the challenge you thought you were attempting, but I think a big part of Taebo is learning to listen to ourselves and not push too hard. Not forcing ourselves to workout if something comes up. Sometimes that means working out 4 days instead of 5, etc. so we can spend time with our families, etc. One of my biggest challenges so far was to be able to say, " Taebo will be here for me tomorrow and the next day and the next... " and not force myself beyond my limits. I've also learned to appreciate life and that as much as I love Taebo and working out other things in life also have priorities and I can find a way to fit them all in without sacrificing on any of them. Colleen, who can't wait to see you guys on TV and is so excited for you!!! _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
Guest guest
Oh yeah Sandie!! She loves it. Her dad is pretty high in Jujitzu, so she see's him practice and stuff. So this is right up her alley. I am thinking I need to put her into Tae Kwon Doe, she is really good with the things her dad has taught her!!
