I kind of hate to say it, but this guy is getting dangerous. Stealing a train is bad enough, but this was a bus on city streets. This fellow really needs to be in residential care and monitored. If not, he's probably going to injure or kill someone one day and when that happens, the rest of us will be tarred by his association and long history and lack of adequate supervision.

He is using an " Asperger's made me do it " defense as an excuse to do what he

wants.

He DOES need to be put away.
