They needed someone to do it because otherwise, those of us on that side of the room would have had trouble following, and they PICKED SHANNON! She did great, too. She was so calm and collected. Guest guest
Susi, what perfect wording. I could see leading the group during the workout and she was wonderful. , next time you'll be on the riser. I truly look forward to taking one of your classes, I am so proud of you. I havn't watched any of the tapings yet so I havn't had a chance to see your testimonial, I hope to do that today. Dan was in back of Ann Marie and during the 8pm workout and he says he does his best workouts when he is following the tae bo instructor.....lol....I think he told you that . Susi, you did great. I am glad you decided to sit out the last two workouts, your knee needs to continue healing and you were smart to know when to quit. I am so happy you did tae bo from the chair in the back....good for you. Can't wait to see everyone in two weeks. I also must say, being with tae bo friends is as exciting as having lead us through a workout. You guys mean alot to me and everyone has inspired me in their own way. We'll need to continue these frequent get togethers. Ann Marie, I just looked at your pics...they are great thanks for sharing. That one of me is after the 8pm workout....I would be dead if I stayed for the 10pm workout....lol. We all did great, I am proud of all of us. I am still high from the experience, something I will always remember. Love, Phyll Susiational@... wrote: > --You are so right...the front row is EXACTLY where should be. > She made me so proud.
