I have also have BCBS, if anyone has the insurance codes please pass along. You

can e-mail me off-list.

Yes. it is. Licensing gives permission by the state to practice a

profession, and therefore you are liable under state rules. Certification

is more of indication of a completion of certain number of courses or

meeting a standard. That's it in a nut shell.
