IOW = SPF Specific Pathogen Free

AF no idea. Many silly ideas come to mind... But I found " SPF Wistar

AF/HAN strain " and " SPF Wistar rats (AF/HAN strain) " ....

Le nom de ta souche Wistar ne figure pas dans la liste ci-dessous,

mais ça te donne une idée (Les AF/Han y sont mentionnés par exemple)

En plus, c'est pas EOPS, mais IOPS, et ça s'écrit IOPS/AF, les

Français l'ont mal écrit.C'est pour ça qu'on le trouvait pas :-)Ca

veut dire INDEMNE d'organismes pathogènes spécifiques, l'anglais

est : SPF (specific pathogen-free).

EOPS existe également : Exempts d'Organismes Pathogènes Spécifiques.

Selon les labos de tox, certains utilisent IOPS, d'autres EOPS.

Les deux se disent, les deux se dit !
