I don't know what happened but I ate some (not properly prepared I

confess) oatmeal with sorghum and milk (whole, barely pasteurized,

pastured and non-homogenized). Almost immediately I had to run to the

bathroom and for the last hour I've felt woozy, dizzy, foggy and I've

thrown a lot of PVCs. I haven't been eating a lot of grains lately

because I've already noticed a sensitivity to modern wheat. Damn, do I

need to go get the stupid ugly gluten blood test?
