I'll have to order AL5. I am waiting for AL1-AL3 to

arrive. I currently have the studio advanced,

advanced, and AL8 (I forget whose recommendation that

one was). Was I surprised the first time I did AL8

when there was NO floorwork. It nearly killed me!

Thanks for all of your advice and enthusiam. I know

patience is a virtue, but its not one of mine :)

Thanks . It looks like I'm going to have to do

more advanced tapes if I want to see great results

like you guys are seeing. I also want to get back

into weight training, but I'm too lazy to get started.

It was easier when my husband and I used to do that

together.

I saw a show about cellulite, and it was talking about all the rip off creams

and stuff. It said that you will never completely rid your body of it, but

that you can get rid of a lot. The show talked about drinking lots of water,

but that would not do it all by itself. It said that cellulite forms not only

from toxins but from lack of blood flow. that is why it is mostly on the butt

and back of thighs. So they were saying that you need to have your hubby or

someone massage those areas several times a week and that you would see a

difference. not sure how long though. I am trying to remember what I saw it

on, as it was several years ago, i think it was dateline or a show like that.

anyway, another perspective~~

LOL I knew there were " other " benefits to this!

.....All flesh is grass, and all it's loveliness is like the flower of the

field.

The grass withers, the flower fades, When the breath of the Lord blows upon

it;

Surely the people are grass.

The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever.

Isaiah 39:6-8
