My stepdaughter offered to buy me one tape for doing her taxes so I need help! I

would like one that is longer than the studio basic but not too much harder - is

that possible? Or maybe just a tad bit harder than the basic? Any

recomendations??

Amy

Good morning Amy! All the basic tapes are 30 minutes and the

advanced tapes are all 60 minutes with the EXCEPTION of the Life 4-

pack. For some reason, the basic is longer in this workout and the

instructional is shorter. I would recommend that you buy the 4-pack

which you can get at Target. You may end up spending about $10 more

for the 4-pack, BUT you will be getting 4 tapes (including the

instructional which is much better than off the basic 4-pack).

Otherwise, I believe the volume tapes are about $30 a piece. If you

can't do the $10 more (estimated), than I would suggest AL4 as

everybody seems to love this tape!

Darcy who thinks Amy should print this message out and show to her

step-daughter so she may swing a few extra dollars for her ;)

Oh, and don't forget that you can find the four pack WITH the abs and

glutes at Sam's club (I think, or was it Cosco?) knows!

Yeah, you can get the Live 4-pack with the Abs and Glutes tape for

like $46, which is a great deal :)

Amy and group,

> Maybe Temera can

> give you some recommendations since she has just recently done the

Actually, I just finished BL10 a little bit ago and loved it. It had

the butt toning (which starts with BL8) in the beginning, which I have

modified and can get through now. This one is really aerobic and great music.

I was tired and sore but kept on going.

My favorites are BL7, BL3, BL10. All three are hard, but so much fun

and worth getting. BL4 and 9, are my least favorite. BL1 is the easiest and

mostly Cardio. BL2 and 3 are lots of strength training and I do not recommend

doing them back to back. I was sore for days, and BL3 was much more fun than

BL2. BL5 was very fun. had new moves and some strength but mostly aerobic,

BL6 was very fun high areobic and balancing, BL8 was very hard with butt

toning and high aerobic.

So that is my take on BL1-10 in a nutshell, for the newbies, I bought

the 12 volume set a few weeks ago and have been doing them in order. I also

labelled them and write what type of workouts they are and whether I liked

them or not. BL4 I did not like the beginning, and BL9 was just bad to me,

very choppy and not like the other workouts.

I hope this helps, since shannon offered!!! LOL!!

You all take care and welcome to all the new people!!

Temera

Who only has 2 more tapes to go and I have completed the whole set!!!

That is funny, and I will probably think differently when i do them again. I am

trying to think about which ones to do today. I am challenging myself to a

double workout again. I'll let you know, I may try BL1 again!

Temera

who cannot believe that any BL's would be hard for . LOL

Temera,

Thanks for the great review of BL1-BL10. I can't wait to read the

reviews of BL11 and BL12! I only have BL1-BL3, so your reviews will

help me a lot when I'm ready to buy more tapes.
