Merci pour les informations. J'aime bien rechercher les points de vu

dans les différents coins du monde (même si c'est sous l'influence

des USA), c'est pour ça que le livre m'intéressait. As-tu lu quelques

livres de Claude Aubert et la Terre Vivante ? Je pense que Sally en

fait mention dans NT -- au moins dans la première édition, il y a pas

mal de changements entre les deux versions. En tout cas, ils ont des

très bonnes idées pour les produits fermentés mais malheureusement

ils suivent de plus en plus tous ce qui est végetarien et à base de

soja. Dommage !
