Guest guest
I had a feeling that it would be no trouble to get my 2 year old to drink kefir, she loves plain yogurt so I was sure she'd love kefir too. I bought some of those freeze dried culure packets to tide us over until the grains arrive. My 5 year old myself prefere some sweetening and flavor but Lydia just chugs it back straite and begs for more. Is there such a thing as too much kefir? We can't get raw milk right now so I was thinking of kefiring all our milk to replace the enzymes, for Zack and I I'll just replace a little of the regular milk with kefir and increase the kefir:milk ratio until we're drinking all kefir. Is this ok, or is it bad to drink that much kefir. My daughter drinks approximatly a quart of milk a day, is that too much kefir for a 2 year old? -- Mrs. () Siemens Blessed to be his helpmeet, 6 years and counting!!!
