Guest guest
It would definitely be better for you kids to drink kefir than regular milk. Too much kefir shouldn't be a problem at all. Its just like yogurt but it has cultures that are better adapted to our intestines and can survive and inhabit them (a good thing). Yogurt is a good probiotic but its cultures only affect you while passing through and don't stay in your system, whereas Kefir can give your intestines vigorous flora to stay. - > > I had a feeling that it would be no trouble to get my 2 year old to drink > kefir, she loves plain yogurt so I was sure she'd love kefir too.
