He was all excited about consuming 1/4cup ground flax seeds daily until I burst his bubble by saying that NT recommends flax only in small amounts. Now he wants to know what other " healthy foods " he can use his grinder for. I mentioned spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc...), but he wants some type of " health food. " He doesn't drink coffee.
