I encourage you to read it and judge for yourself. The structure and effects of caseomorphin are not controversial though, to my knowledge. And according to this author, A2 milk does not contain caseomorphin, IIRC. I believe he said the peptide has two out of 7 aminos different. The problematic peptide has proline in the middle, perhaps it's not in that position in A2 milk. Or perhaps I'm misremembering! I'm going to probably re-read this to get a better handle on the issue.
