Guest guest
Hello. I am very new at this. I wanted to get started w/some of the beverages so I fould raw milk and left a little over a half gallon out about 2:00 Tuesday afternoon b4 leaving to go out of town. Checked on it Thursday b4 leaving again and it looked like it could seperate more so I left it until my return late Sat. night. It looked the same as it did on thur. and I am thinking I let it out too long. Doesn't smell bad like I thought it would. I seperated and have 3 1/2 quarts of whey and a lot of " cream cheese " but I am scared to eat it. Did I leave it out too long? ( about 4 1/2 days) Any input would be great! Thanks to all that post here. I enjoy reading when I can. Roni
