Hello. I am very new at this. I wanted to get started w/some of the

beverages so I fould raw milk :) and left a little over a half gallon

out about 2:00 Tuesday afternoon b4 leaving to go out of town. Checked

on it Thursday b4 leaving again and it looked like it could seperate

more so I left it until my return late Sat. night. It looked the same

as it did on thur. and I am thinking I let it out too long. Doesn't

smell bad like I thought it would. I seperated and have 3 1/2 quarts

of whey and a lot of " cream cheese " but I am scared to eat it. Did I

leave it out too long? ( about 4 1/2 days) Any input would be great!

Thanks to all that post here. I enjoy reading when I can. Roni

Does anybody know the answer to the question about how long is too long

to let raw milk sit when making whey and cream cheese. Any ideas on

how to make this " cream cheese " taste better or is it just bad? Thanks

Roni Also if cheese is bad is the whey bad too?

hmmm...I've left my milk out to seperate for over 5 days so I think

yours should be fine. Taste a small amount and see!
