Hello Robin Ann:

This interests me. May I ask you what fruit you are eating in the

morning? Is it fresh?

Although I live in a warm region (well it is warm to hot most of the

time, but not always), it is asking for trouble for me to eat fresh

fruit in the morning. If it is already very hot in the morning, I can

get away with it, but if it is mild or a little chilly, then eating

fresh fruit as breakfast can make me feel dizzy and cold.

If it is dried, starchy (bananas) or cooked fruit, then there is no

problem, but fresh fruit in the morning for me is not a wise option.

I generally eat my fruit in the afternoon.

By the way, Masson (oh I am bringing him up again) warns you

not to eat fresh fruit in the morning. He mentions an Arabian proverb

which goes like: " An orange in the morning is like gold, at noon like

silver and in the evening like lead, " just to say it doesn't apply to

the majority of people living in the temperate zone. He rewrites the

proverb just the opposite: " L'orange est de plomb le matin, d'argent

le midi et d'or vers 17-18h. "

So I was curious to know if you have any strange reaction when you

eat your fruit in a cool, chilly or cold morning.

Cheers,

José
