Guest guest
1. 'Diagnose: Varizenblutung li. Unterschenkel' 2. 'die Notwendigkeit einer Varizenbehandlung wurde besprochen' What is 'Varizenblutung' and 'Varizenbehandlung' 3. Verlauf: Der Patient wurde .................................. aufgenommen. Im Verlauf zeigten sich keine Blutung sowie keine Schmerzen. The word 'Verlauf' seems to be used in various ways in medical texts. Does the word 'Outcome' suit the first use of 'Verlauf' here, where the entire course of the treatment and the outcome is discussed? Does 'during treatment' suit 'Im Verlauf' here? 4. ASS Pause, übrige Medikation weiter wie bisher. What is ASS? I presume it is some sort of acid (Säure) thanking you, Shane London
Guest guest
Shane, > What is 'Varizenblutung' and 'Varizenbehandlung' Probably a " bleeding varicose vein " or " bleeding varicosity " > 3. Verlauf: Perhaps " Hospital Course: " > Im Verlauf zeigten sich keine Blutung sowie keine Schmerzen. Maybe something along the lines of " during his hospital stay " > > 4.
