Guest guest
Hi all, My dear friend has been diagnosed with the onset of Parkinsons at the age of 40. I've been researching and found some info on the benefits of un-denatured whey for raising the glutathione levels. I'm just beginning to learn how to alter basic dairy products, and was hoping to make some with raw grass fed dairy. So far I've only mastered butter/buttermilk. Isn't whey the liquid left behind from cream cheese making? Does anyone have any advice on how to make the largest amount, what different uses there are for it, and how much they should ingest? I'll be searching the archives until I figure something out. Worried, P.B. from Michigan
