Anyone else experiment with pickling sprouts?

I recently pickled a quart of sprouted mung beans and have been eating

them raw and they are delicious!

I was thinking pickled cabbage or broccoli sprouts might produce some

kind of super food.

The only problem I encountered with the mung sprouts was more gas

being released during fermentation, but they did turn out excellent,

very tasty!
