Guest guest Posted August 25, 2005 Report Share Posted August 25, 2005 Hello, I just pulled my jar of Whey out of the refrigerator to make ketchup and there was a lot of pressure built up in the jar. Also, it is fizzy. Is this normal? Is it good still? As far as I can remember, I haven't noticed this with previous batches of whey (I've only made 4 or 5 batches so far though).
