Guest guest
Will 2008 be just like 2007 a few small wins here and there but no real victory for free unfettered access to raw dairy? The playing field is not level and the deck is stacked against us. Those who issue licenses control the out come and control the license holder. Why do we all have marriage licenses, what business is it of the state to grant us permission to marry and who benefits from the marriage license, the state of course. The Constitution gives us freedom to engage in private contracts between consumer and farmer. The power of issuing licenses for the sale of raw dairy eliminates our Constitutional Right. It may sound bazzar but if we are to gain a real lasting total victory for raw dairy should we not choose our battle ground and strike at the heart and root of the problem licensing.
