Guest guest
As far as I know the jury is out on whether pastuerizing kills es or not. Quite frankly it states in the Merk Vet textbook that it doesn't and that it is a zoonotic disease they believe is linked to Crohns but do you ever hear anyone say these things about pastuerized milk? No. es is quite prevelant, I have been told, in large commercial operations but it can also be tested for. Could you ask if the cattle have been tested for it? I have no knowledge of Lyme disease. Where we live there are ticks all summer and if I am going to get it I guess I am. Debbie Chikousky Manitoba, Canada gdchik@... " The person who wants something will find a way. Guest guest
, where in Michigan do you live? These are complex questions and I might be able to answer your questions better if you contacted me directly. I tried to contact you off line but you didn’t provide any contact information in your Yahoo profile. If you would like more information contact me on my email which is in my personal profile on the group website. It concerns me that some farmer who is a possible source of milk is saying thinks like this that are alarming and factually inaccurate. If this farmer is convinced that she got Lyme’s disease from drinking her milk, why would she be offering it for consumption by others? Guest guest
I encourage everyone to test for es. It is insidious problem you do not want to deal with. Guest guest
We have been using Lampley’s products on horses for years and now we use them on all our cows. He has a product that can cure es and by trying it will let you know if the cow has es. His website is www.franklampley.com. He has a great Vitamix product that we use on any sick animal. He’s got some interesting stories about how the FDA tried to assassinate him – I just know his stuff works great and I believe he is right on when he says that boosting the immune system will cure anything. Guest guest
Doc Dettloff, a long time organic vet, said he's seen several herds that had a lot of es clear up once they got on an organic program that included pasture and more hay. Also saw it happen when a. herd was moved from a barn with stray voltage to one that was clean. Minerals and proper diet is the key to pretty much all that plagues " modern " dairy. Other wise known as common sense! Cheyenne

To: RawDairy From: mgkchild@...Date: Tue, 23 Oct 2007 16:28:28 -0700Subject: RE: Yonies disease and Lyme's disease Can you please discuss this topic more on post? My daughter's pediatrician told her that under no circumstances should she give her children raw milk. The same pediatrician told my son that his daughter is getting to much from the milk and must now give her 2 % milk. Then another pediatrician took my god sons off cow's milk all together and put them on soy milk to stop ear infections.I know nothing about Yonies disease, but I do know Lyme's disease is from ticks., If it makes you feel any better, I grew up drinking raw milk and we as a family (8 kids) had nothing but perfect health. Once I left the farm and started eating foods and milk bought in the grocery store I started getting sickly.TerriTed Beals wrote: , where in Michigan do you live?
