Hello!My name is Godfrey. My family and I live on a farm in rural Texas. We love the NT way of eating and we are even trying to get our own farm up and going. We already grow much of our own produce and raise our own naturally raised pork. We plan on adding chickens this Spring for our own use and to sell as well. We would eventually like to have our own pick your own farm, along with selling meat and eggs from our animals...but that is a bit down the road (grin!). I would like to join so I can talk to people who are like minded and be involved in a group so we can share resources. My brother-in-law is the owner of Sand Creek Farm, the first Grade A certified Raw cow's milk dairy in Texas, so we get an ample supply of raw milk. I would love to learn how to make cheeses, kefir and other such things with the milk we get.
