" I was losing steadily but VERY slowly previously. Unfortunately, cutting calories can depress your metabolism, so this may in fact be the result of eating too little for awhile there. The problem is that the more of a mess your metabolism is, the longer it'll take to get it back on track. I would recommend considering exercising more regularly, and maybe trying coconut oil if you're not already eating enough for a metabolic effect. You could also email s and ask for his advice, though no doubt he'll give you plenty of garbage along with any potentially useful bits as he's fervidly opposed to Atkins.
