Adrienne:

Can you talk in French here? (Peut-on parler français ici?)

I have already heard about Claude Aubert but I don't know his books.

livres.)

You have a French given name, but you are American, aren't you? (Toi,

A part of me is French, and I love the language. (Moi, je suis

partiellement français, et j'aime cette langue.)

If you manage to read Masson, tell me about it. (Si tu arrives

à lire Masson, dis-le-moi.)

It is a shame for him not to be known in the Anglo-Saxon circles.

saxon.)

Perhaps we could try and fill in this gap now. (Peut-être on peut

essayer de combler ce vide maintenant.)

He is far from perfect, but he holds a very balanced view of

nutrition (exercise included), something difficult to find elsewhere,

in my opinion.

Actually, he has a word for everybody. (Enfin, il a un mot pour tout

le monde.)

Let me hear from you again, Adrienne. (A te lire bientôt, Adrienne.)

Greetings. (Mes salutations.)

José

Hi José ! (Salut José !)

Dunno know, just felt like it (Chai pas, mais j'avais envie.)>

Yes, of Jamaican origin. Actually, my first and middle names are

French: Adrienne Nadine. (Oui, d'origine jamaicaine. En fait, mes

deux prénoms sont français : Adrienne Nadine.)

I love it too. Don't get to use it much, but much prefer it to

Spanish for some reason.

Of course! (Bien sûr !)

I like what you said about Masson and gurus in your other posting. I

also think it's important to listen to oneself rather than to blindly

follow others. In general, I've found some good in all theories about

health, but they must show scientific and historical proof to

convince me. Unfortunately the science and history in the US usually

don't make much sense.

historiques pour me convaincre.

Poor you with that steak! Was it beef or horse???? (Pauvre toi avec

le steak. C'était du boeuf ou du cheval ????)

Talk to you soon. (A très bientôt.)

Adrienne:

I see you are a very outspoken person. This is all I can say for the

time being. I will come back to it later on.
