Name Morrow--e-mail robert1407@.... I live in Tularosa, New Mexico USA. I wanna-be consumer of raw dairy products. Presently I am a retired Chef, but keep active by teaching others like busy people to cook healthy. I volunteered to teach classes at our local cancer assoc. called CAPPED in Alamorgordo NM. Two years ago I was overweight with a 48 inch waist. After much research I started my controlled low carb way of life. I am now down to a 38 inch waist, lower my cholesterol over half, and blood pressure 120/70. My energy level is great and constantly supp rise people when I tell them I am 79 years young. I look more like 60 years old. I would like to find a supply of milk or cream to make my own fresh butter. I was raised on a farm and was able to drink milk directly from the cow, plus home made butter. I would like to use some of

the information of the different between real milk and the pasteurized milk for my classes. Chef
