Hi jafa,

i've read it...and basically, leptin and insulin seem to run

parallel...if you're insulin resistant, chances are you're leptin

resistant too. leptin is the hormone that controls hunger, the more

leptin you have the less hungry you SHOULD feel, but people with

leptin resistance need more and more of it to feel full when they

eat, so high levels of it mean you are leptin resistant.

the book, he is anti-saturated fat...so i can't follow his program.
