Need to lose weight - any good ideas

Hi All,

I really would like to lose some weight as I think

this is my issue of tiredness, I do have iron and

thyroid issues that are under control with meds but

would like to lose at least 15 - 20 Kgs, any ideas

would be greatful.

Another thing is that I work 3 evening shifts (which

one involves working a morning and evening shift on

the same day) and I work an afternoon shift so my

meals can be erratic and as for fasting I am not quite

sure that at this stage I could as I work 6 - 7 hours

without a real break as I work on my own in a

convenience store.

I am also an lacto-ovo vegetarian that eats fish.
