Guest guest Posted June 5, 2005 Report Share Posted June 5, 2005 Hello, Can anyone recommend a good soaked grain muffin recipie or cake recipie that could incorporate the remnants from juicing? I juice apples and carrots for the juice but I toss the fiber because I have not found a recipie that uses the fiber. Most recipies suggest using grated unjuiced ingredients.
