Guest guest Posted June 15, 2005 Report Share Posted June 15, 2005 I just found out I am pregnant with my first child. We have switched to pasture-fed meat, organic dairy, and raw cheese. What are the MOST important things I can do for my baby's health right away? I know I need enough omega-3 fats but I hate seafood and don't like eggs much. I know CLO is recommended. What brands are good? Would raw butter be worth it at $10/lb? I know to stop eating sugar. What else do I start with? I am new to WAP.
