Water'll do it, either cold or hot. Back when I ate such things, I

used to dump powdered leaves into kool-aid...which is not optimum

because the leaves are pretty sludgy. Better to make your stevia tea

and then filter it. I suppose that if you made it strong enough and

added some alcohol as a preservative, you could keep this in a bottle

for use in coffee. If you're baking, you can add powdered leaf right

in. It tastes fine, but does tend to turn the baked goods a kind of

enstein green, which I think is kinda cute but is not to

everyone's taste. No ideas on how to make white powdered steviosides.

I don't even see why you'd want to, unless you live in a climate

where stevia will grow year-around, since it's doubtless easier just

to buy them.
