Back when I ate such things, I used to dump powdered leaves into kool-aid...which is not optimum because the leaves are pretty sludgy. Better to make your stevia tea and then filter it. I suppose that if you made it strong enough and added some alcohol as a preservative, you could keep this in a bottle for use in coffee. If you're baking, you can add powdered leaf right in. It tastes fine, but does tend to turn the baked goods a kind of enstein green, which I think is kinda cute but is not to everyone's taste. No ideas on how to make white powdered steviosides. I don't even see why you'd want to, unless you live in a climate where stevia will grow year-around, since it's doubtless easier just to buy them. -- Quick, USUM (ret.) www.en.com/users/jaquick " Every people deserves the regime it is willing to endure.
