Guest guest
Hope you all can help me with this. I want to purchase Nutritional Yeast Flakes. Sally Fallon recommends the Frontier brand and Radiant Life as a source. She doesn't specify organic; but I thought that would be important. On their website, Radiant points out the Frontier product they offer is not organic. At the Frontier website both organic (made in Germany) and non-organic (made in USA) are available. Ingredient list for the organic: Organic yeast autolysate, organic rice flour, sea salt. Ingredient list for the non-organic: Dried yeast, niacin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin (B2), thiamin hydrochloride (B1), folic acid, Vitamin B12. Do you know if both products are grown on molasses and are processed with low heat? Is it actually better in this instance to go with non-organic? jen
