Hi Trivia,

Sally Fallon, of the Weston Price Foundation, has had it on

her agenda for many years to set up a laboratory exclusively

for the testing of raw dairy...however, it takes lots and lots

of money to build a test lab and I think she has been working

toward it. I don't know the status right now.

But actually, I have seen honest test results from independent

labs and all the results I have seen have been favorable to

raw milk.
