Guest guest
I made a big pot of chicken stock last Saturday. I threw in a bunch of frozen carcasses and parts of birds - maybe the equivalant to 4-5 small carcasses. I also threw in a bunch of chicken feet. My dogs and I consumed all the stock in 2-3 days and I didn't want waste all those good carcasses, so I just filled up the pot again and threw in about 5 new chopped up feet. Voila! Great stock from mostly the same bones for several more days. Then we finished up that stock and again I filled the pot with water and threw in some more feet, and *again* I'm enjoying the flavorful stock. FWIW. Suze Fisher Lapdog Design, Inc.
