Guest guest Posted August 21, 2005 Report Share Posted August 21, 2005 Robin, That's very interesting, as I read sometime back that taking enzymes on an empty stomach supposed to be good for inflammation and soreness in the body. This discussion is all new news to me. How do these naturopaths come up with these sort of solutions to body problems? I don't think they are using any scientific studies that have been done in this area. Or maybe there aren't any.
