Guest guest
I stepped on a scale today and it said I didn't loose any weight (?) but I can wear a size small now I started this diet up again 3 weeks ago and I wore a XL. I don't really care WHAT the scale says, the mirror has been very kind ;o) On 12/22/05, sbdmom <jamie@...> wrote: My question is if > you have any weight loss stories to share by eating using these > principles. -- Mrs. () Siemens Blessed to be his helpmeet, 6 years and counting!!! Guest guest
In the last two years I've lost about 25-30 lbs (with at least 30-40 more to go and preferably 60) and my husband has lost at least that in fat, though he's gained muscle. Guest guest
Try the book by Sally Fallon that is about Coconut Oil. I can't remember the name at the moment, but if you google her name I am sure it will come up. I haven't lost anything, but was shooting more for feeling better than losing weight. I will add this book to my long list..lol I agree completely with eating to improve health vs for weight loss. Ultimately I am looking for health which is why I am generally don't " diet " nor do we eat low fat ..lol..(I tried that once and sure I lost 25lbs but eventually like so many others I gained it all back then some. yikes ! Now I'm just looking for a balance between healthy eating and excercise not so easy with busy lives, kids, husband..etc...
